Will there be forms to fill out?
Upon, request of service from The Holistic Answer, some  forms will be required to be completed. Please remember all blank spaces must be filled in before The Holistic Answer is able to complete any service or consult with you. All forms with a required signature will be sent to you via e-mail or regular mail.
A complete profile(s) that pertains to your specific information will also have to be completed. This will only have to be done once, unless your criteria changes or you would like to update your information. This profile can be done during a telephone conversation if you would like.

Why do you gather so much information?
The Holistic Answer is always striving to provide complete and detailed programs so it is important for us to collect your specifics to ensure quality and performance on our parts. We also gather detailed information to ensure that your health and safety stay our number one priority!

What happens after you have my information?
After all information is gathered The Holistic Answer will then prepare any plan or service that you request. The plans are usually completed within 3-10 business days and will be sent to you through the US mail or during an in person consultation. After the first plan is complete two 1/2 hr. follow-up appointments will be made for further information. The Holistic Answer diet/nutrition  plan is always three sessions to ensure proper results, optimal health and safety.
If you request a reiki, spiritual/wellness council or life coaching session we will make an appointment to complete that session over the telephone or in person if you are local. Aromatherapy is only offered to local clients.

When do I pay?
No service will be provided to you before payment is received and cleared.  The Holistic Answer accepts credit card payments through paypal, checks and money orders made out to The Holistic Answer. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned check.

Will my information be seen by others?
As always, your privacy is our priority and we will never sell or disclose any information to a third party.

What if I am not sure how to order?
Please feel free to give us a call or send us an e-mail and we would be happy to help you make any decisions and walk you through our process. We actually look forward to receiving calls before an order is placed so that we both know you will obtain what is best suited for you. This way you will walk away from your experience at The Holistic Answer satisfied.

Does The Holistic Answer give refunds?
The Holistic Answer does not give refunds. We take a lot of time to individualize all plans that you will receive from us. Once a plan is complete it is yours to keep forever.  If you are unsure about what you will receive please contact us and we will be happy to give you a breakdown of service so that there are no discrepancies.

What is a focus?
A focus is a specific health concern you would like The Holistic Answer to address during your diet and lifestyle plan. A focus can be an existing problem, a blood work concern, a symptom or family medical history.  What ever it is, if it bothers you we can address it!

Do I have to buy a focus?
No! You can have no focus to unlimited focuses for us to add into your plan.

How do I contact you if I have a question?

If I want to create a package not listed can I?
Yes you can! Simply contact us and we will make the arrangements for what is best suited for you. We will give you a free quote at that time as well.

Do you recommend products?
Absolutely! The product line we carry is from a top of the line herbal company. The Holistic Answer will carefully evaluate every situation thoroughly and recommend a product(s) that are safe, effective and all natural for you to consider purchasing.
