Lifestyle and diet contribute to most ailments and diseases today. Learning what your individual body needs or lacks is imperative for optimal health. We will design a suitable plan with recommendations for people who seek a better diet and overall lifestyle.
Diet and lifestyle plans are here to address not only weight concerns but health concerns as well. We can place a *focus* or emphasis that pertains to any health concern or problem into a diet and lifestyle plan. There are many health concerns or as we call them a focus including:

All diet and lifestyle plans are held in three sessions. The initial session usually takes about one and a half hours and two follow-ups that are about a half an hour a piece.

  An standard diet & lifestyle plan is required for first time visitors!  Please do not order a follow-up if you have not had an initial appointment with us first. Appointments can be made and held via e-mail, telephone, in-person or regular mail at your convenience.
